Mare Maggio awaits you in Venice

From 13 to 15 May the event Mare Maggio (Sea in May) will be held in Venice, and it has become customary for a city celebrating the culture of the sea. The event is accompanied by a considerable set of activities, including historical re-enactments and special trials that bring into play team and individual skills.

Visitors who decide to opt for a stayin Venice will be welcomed by sailors wearing uniforms and weapons of the eighteenth and nineteenth century. For the occasion, the annual edition of the Rally of Vintage Sails will take place, a regatta ending at the Venetian Arsenal. In addition, many stalls and shops will be offering clothes, publishing articles and collectible products.
